Our host, Pier Manna

He grew up in the City of Levico Terme, Trentino, renowned SPA resort town, favorite place of the Austrian Royal Family. First born of the new generation of a family of farmers turning into B&B in summertime, he experienced first hand the art of food and wine from the growing to the table, planting the seeds to his remarkable sense of tasting. One of the first Sommelier in Italy, he was involved in the making and managing of over 30 Restaurants in Italy and in the United States.
Since 1996 he is involved in importing fine wines. Pier will share with you his knowledge and introduce you to winemakers, Restaurants and producers
